About the Event
Girls and women will learn important skills like situational awareness, self-defense techniques, and basic striking abilities. They'll also discover effective strategies for handling larger opponents.
14 and older, girls under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Bring drinking water ans wear workout style clothing.
Men can attend, BUT only to get beat up as a training partner! NOT AS STUDENT!
