Class topics include: Situational awareness, reading Pre-attack indicators, Mindset for fighting, fighting fundamentals, escaping the most common attacks used on women, how to move and fight if you are on the ground, and much more. Course run from July 9th- Aug 13th. Please wear workout style clothing and bring drinking water.
