YOU will also learn how to fight CQB (close quarter battle) with basic , BUT effective striking and fighting movement.
If that isn't enough!
YOU will learn how to basic ground fighting techniques!
PLEASE WEAR WORKOUT STYLE CLOTHING AND BRING DRINKING WATER!
